Geomodelr uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.
Credit card information is not stored directly by Geomodelr. We use a third party provider and your credit card data does not pass through our servers. We only store enough information for you to remember the franchise and the last 4 digits of the card number you use to pay our services. All storage and processing of your credit card information is done through Stripe (https://stripe.com), a PCI-Compliant service.
We use Clicky (https://clicky.com) as a third-party tracking service, but we don’t use it to track you individually or collect your User Personal Information. We use Clicky to collect information about how our website performs and how our users, in general, navigate through and use Geomodelr. This helps us evaluate our users' use of Geomodelr; compile statistical reports on activity; and improve our content and website performance.
Besides the cookies we store, our tracking service also stores cookies, view them here: (https://clicky.com/terms). In case you don’t want to be tracked with our tracking service, you might want to set the do not track policy in your browser (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Do_Not_Track). Geomodelr will still continue to work after that.
If there’s a third-party site embedded using an iframe in one of our pages, like the YouTube® videos in our tutorials, or content embedded in our users’ pages, they might also track you. Embedded iframes might not respect do not track policy.
Geomodelr uses third-party vendors to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Geomodelr. Although Geomodelr owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Geomodelr application, you retain all rights to your data.
Geomodelr may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.
In the unlikely event that a dispute arises between you and Geomodelr regarding our handling of your User Personal Information, we will do our best to resolve it. If we cannot, we offer an independent dispute resolution provider at no cost to you.
Geomodelr may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary e-mail address specified in your Geomodelr primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
